G N Brewer Ltd Drainlayers subcontracted PipeMedic to help investigate and repair a series of sewer laterals that ran under multiple retaining walls and driveways. GN Brewers was able to provide horizonal pipeline access on the upstream and downstream so that we were able to install our equipment to complete the repair.
The old earthenware was infested with roots and contained large cracking throughout. The terrain proved to be an additional challenge and the pipeline had multiple bends on the way down to the mainline. We were able to use our root removal tools to clear the pipeline of any obstruction and use our Brawoliner CIPP system to install a continuous liner from the U/S bank down to the road. With the advantage of the flexible materials, our liner ran smoothly through the pipeline and around all the bends with minimal to no creasing. The pipeline life expectancy has now been extended well over 50 years+
